Grateful for being able to work from home today, listeningen to the sound of these shells blended with the birds singing while working.
Not at all a bad way to recover.
Starting the week with a sore throat and a cold.

Celebrating this beautiful girl's 15th birthday.
Really grateful for having been part of her life as well as the life of her family for the last 11 years. Celebrating a wonderful friend, taking takes this opportunity to tell her how special she, extraordinary dinner, cocktails and dancing, and returning home when the birds are singing and the sun is about to rise.
Grateful for friendship. On my way to a birthday party. Sitting in the sun, waiting to be picked up by a friend.
Music in my ears. Can hardly sit still. So close to dancing! Spent the morning on virtual sessions from home, and didn't have to leave until noon.
Ed Sheeran was Thinking Out Loud in my ears while on my way, and suddenly it occurred to me that it actually felt and looked pretty much like Summer. Right here at this very spot I felt the loveliest bubbles of joyful gratitude. Summer, you're finally here! My new home desk is awaiting me for a couple of hours together tomorrow morning.
Cannot wait. And right now the moon is awaking, big, lazy, orange and almost full. Left a meeting in the center of CPH. Noticed this man sitting on a bench in the pouring rain. In one hand he held a beer in a can, and in front of him he had placed a plastic bag of - well I don't know, but it could very well be more beers.
He didn't look like a homeless man, however he wasn't dressed for the weather either. Even from across the street you could feel his sadness, as if he didn't care whether or not he got soaking wet, sitting there drinking his beer. Crossed the street on an impulse, approached him, and handed him my umbrella. In a split of a second it felt as if we knew each other, even though I've never seen him before. Didn't even consider the action twice, and he didn't hesitate a second. He just accepted the umbrella and said; "Thank you so much my friend". I turned around and crossed the road again. Walking a few steps, before turning and looking back at him. We waved at each other, before I turned again and left the street. Feeling a little sad when thinking about him now, but also grateful that he actually accepted my umbrella! I hope the sun will shine on him tomorrow! First week without candy, ice cream, cakes, sodas etc. is successfully completed for both of us.
Grateful that being allowed to eat an entire organic watermelon in one piece, can make his eyes sparkle like this. |
