CHANGE LEADERSHIP CO-DRIVER
The role as change co-driver is designed for organizations that are about to implement - or are already implementing - one or more concrete changes and need short-term support from a co-driver who can assist leaders, HR, or a Change Management Team in maintaining structure, motivation, energy, momentum, and critical mass throughout the process.
As a co-driver for organizational change, I work on an hourly or project basis and typically take on a variety of ad hoc assignments, such as:
The success criterion for my role as interim co-driver is to support leaders in cultivating the mindset, culture, and behaviors that best enable the implementation of new strategies, structures, systems, processes, or technologies.
I am certified in several best-practice change management frameworks, including:
I use these tools, both formally and informally, throughout change processes and combine them with insights from more than 20 years of experience with similar transformation projects.
My focus is to help you and your organization make planned change happen and sustainable, so that the intended outcomes and benefits are fully realized.

- Developing roadmaps and change management plans
- Planning and facilitating workshops
- Coaching and sparring with leaders in relation to specific change initiatives
- Leadership development processes and executive coaching
- Team development and individual coaching
- Observation, feedback, and training related to concrete leadership tasks and tools
- Engaging and involving sponsors throughout the change process
