Jung's Type Index (JTI)
- JTI is a self-assessment index that has almost replaced the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
- The JTI is based on the psychological types of Carl Jung and identifies individual preferences, giving insight to
- Where we prefer to direct our attention
- How we prefer to receive impressions
- How we prefer to make decisions
- Which lifestyle we prefer
- JTI measures 16 types in four clusters:
- Introvert vs. Extrovert (I/E)
- Sensing vs. Intuition (S/N)
- Thinking vs. Feeling (T/F)
- Judgement vs. Perception (J/P)
- Aim: JTI can be used to describe & understand your own preferences as well as appreciate differences in your organisation, which can enable you to improve communication, collaboration, conflict management and team development
- At TinaPostAagaard JTI will always be followed by a 1.5 hours feedback session either face-to-face or via Skype or Google Hangout.
- Tina Post Aagaard is licensed in JTI from Center For Ledelse, DK
