INTERIM CONSULTING / CO-DRIVING ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE
As Interim Consultant / Co-driver on Organisational Chang I assist management teams or HR planning and implementing changes and transformations in their organisation.
My aim is to add structure, motivation, energy, momentum and critical mass to the implementation process, while delivering e.g.;
My role is to assist managers and HR in developing the organisational mindset, behavior and culture that matches a new strategy, structure, system, procedure or technology, and thereby increasing the longterm success and impact of the business transformation.
I'm certified in a number of valuable change management tools including;

- employee, customer or stakeholder interviews and evaluation overviews
- designing or co-designing roadmaps and planning the transformational journey together with the executive sponsor and his or her Change Management Office, managers or HR team
- planning, delivering or supporting internal workshops in order to secure leadership and/or employee involvement and commitment
- coaching of teams or individuals in order to engage a critical mass, and spread a new mindset, behavior or culture
- observations, feedback & 1:1 leadership or employee support in the actual work environment
- leadership workshops or training (aiming at developing conscious change leaders)

Individual Coaching & Counselling is targeted leaders, employees or private candidates who seek assistance in order to help:
Coaching & Counselling are individual programs of 6 or 12 meetings.
Since training within your natural environment is the best way to make your brain adapt to the transformation you wish to see, concrete tasks related to your work/life will be an integrated part of the process.
The individual sessions can be combined with a 360 degree feedback analysis such as LSI (Life Style Inventory), LWS (Leadership WorkStyle) or ESCI (Emotionel & Social Intelligence Inventory). The meetings will take place in your own organisation, in Copenhagen offices or via Skype or phone.
