  • LSI is a 360 degree inventory that describes thinking style, self-concept and behavior perceived by oneself as well as others
  • The inventory is developed by Human Synergistics, and feedback results are compared to a 14,000 global norm group
  • The LSI measures 12 specific styles or patterns of thinking & behavior that can either contribute to or detract from personal effectiveness and success as a leader
  • The 12 styles are organized into three clusters:
    • Constructive
    • Passive/Defensive
    • Aggressive/Defensive
  • Aim: A detailed feedback report helps you identify; potential blind spots, confirmed strengths, unrecognized strengths and stumbling blocks which gives you valid information on where to focus your efforts in order to be an efficient leader developing high performance teams.
