This morning I realized that the goal I made for myself 1.5 years ago was a reality on March 1st. 2015.
I didn't really notice when I crossed the line, and reached my goal, but returning from a run this morning, it just hit me;
Today I'm an independent consultant, and in www.tinapostaagaard.com no job or no client is too small, and the only ones I have to serve are my clients. At the same time I am an associate in three very different, and totally amazing consultancy companies, where no job is too big, too challenging or too global - and I get to be inspired and challenged each and every week.
When I set my goal 1.5 years ago a close friend said with lots of care; "Tina, have you considered, that when we're in our 40's and beyond, we might be the ones to pass on knowledge to younger generations - more than focusing on learning and developing ourselves. Maybe you're demanding too much..."
I truly believe that it doesn't have to be either or. And I sincerely hope that this process will continue for as long as I live. That - at least - is my 90+ goal.
And today, I am grateful that I am learning - and learning a lot - each and every day, and that I realized this morning, that I had actually reached my goal, and that I am now ready for a new one.
