About to let my dog into the car for a walk in the forest this afternoon, when another dog was approaching on the other side of the street. My dog was gone before I have any chance to react, and she crosses the street at the very same time a car approaches. He is obviously an experienced driver, and not driving too fast, he managed to stop the car just in time to avoid hitting my dog in the middle of the street.
He even managed to stay calm, and not showing any signs of aggression against me nor my dog.
Fortunate and grateful for this man's reaction, in the traffic and towards me, and very grateful for not having to meet my children with some very sad news today!
