While father and daughter have left for football in Barcelona, I'm gratefully enjoying the company of this strong little guy.
...Or at least most of the time enjoying his company... It's our second ab and push-up day out of 30, and I painfully realize that more than three months have passed since I left Fitness.dk to experiment with out-door running for a change.
