Yesterday, on my Facebook wall https://www.facebook.com/tinapostaagaard, I posted a couple of posts regarding the benefits of walking. I committed to start including more walk&talks in my worklife, and I mentioned how the Danish "health guru" Chris McDonald managed to include 1.5 hours of walking into his busy schedule each and every day by e.g. walking from meeting to meeting when booked in Copenhagen.
Today, on this beautiful sunny Monday, I am grateful for having been able to follow his example. Had a day with my new and really great colleagues at Human Univerz. At the moment the office is quite close to my home, so for the first time in my career, I had the opportunity to walk back and forth from work, and we were even able to include a short walk& talk in the middle of our day, before a really energizing client meeting.
1.5 hours in fresh air all together, and no highway queues at all ;-)
The company is moving in June, but until then I focus on being grateful for this opportunity to walk or roller skate to work, when at the office.
